Scorpions have moved their Mexico concerts and eight-night Las Vegas residency to 2027. The German rock veterans cited unforeseen circumstances but offered no further explanation for the postponement.

September shows pushed back a year

The change affects three Mexican dates and an eight-show Las Vegas run that had been scheduled for September 2026.

Organisers attributed the postponement to unforeseen circumstances. No new, verified information about the band members’ health accompanied the announcement, so there is no basis for speculation about the reasons behind the decision.

The rescheduled dates

Scorpions are now due to return to Mexico on August 27, 2027, in Zapopan, followed by Mexico City on August 30 and Monterrey on September 2.

Their Coming Home Las Vegas residency will take place at PH Live at Planet Hollywood from September 9 to 25, 2027. The eight shows are scheduled for September 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23 and 25.

The band also confirmed plans to continue the Coming Home – 60 Years of Scorpions tour in 2027, with further European dates to be announced.

A longer wait for fans

With songs such as “Rock You Like a Hurricane”, “Still Loving You” and “Wind of Change” connecting generations of listeners, Scorpions are not calling time on live performance. The new dates point to a return to these stages roughly a year later than planned.

The Oldies Radyo take: Waiting another year for a Scorpions show will test fans’ patience, but sometimes even rock ’n’ roll has to take its time. For now, the dates are in the 2027 calendar, and attention turns to the band’s next announcement.
